"This biopic of celebrated physicist Stephen Hawking explores his early years at Cambridge, where he fell in love with liberal-arts student and future wife Jane shortly before being diagnosed with ALS. (123 min, PG-13, 2014)"
Hawking is played by non-disabled actor, Eddie Redmayne, who went on to play a trans woman in The Danish Girl the next year. Because why should marginalized and underemployed communities get to represent themselves? Don't they know white British guys need more Oscars?
